Error: "Dynamic loading run-time engine has stopped working" during lodgement

When lodging this error can occur followed by an error stating Missing ZIP file 1.zip/1.zip. If you view problem details it may state APPCRASH for crunw32.exe.
This indicates an issue with the recv tax folder in the database location.
To resolve this issue please rename your existing recvtax folder in the database location to recvtax.old and create a new recvtax folder.
