This support note applies to:

In MYOB PDF Manager you may experience the error "Error 403: Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided" when attempting to open a PDF Document.
This error may occur if MYOB PDF Manager has crashed unexpectedly resulting in certain features in the application functioning incorrectly.
To resolve this issue stop the MYOB PDF Manager monitoring process from the Windows task bar, then relaunch the PDF Manager application.
- From the desktop, right-click on the PDF Manager icon located in the system tray of the Windows taskbar. The PDF Manager drop-down menu appears.
- Select Stop Monitoring. The PDF Manager icon disappears from the system tray.
- Relaunch MYOB PDF Manager by following the menu path: Start > Programs > Startup > PDF Manager. The PDF Manager application opens.
If you continue to experience the error, restart the affected workstation.
