Error: "Error: StructureMap Exception Code: 207 Internal exception while creating Instance PluginType..."

This support note applies to:

You're not able to start MYOB Tax SBR Sender Server after installing an updateIn MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) Tax, if you experience any of the following:

  • Lodgment manager/activity statement obligation/agent reports homepage is blank,
  • Pre-fill manager is not showing any pre-fill report

And the MYOB Event Log show the error: "StructureMap Exception Code: 207 Internal exception while creating Instance PluginType MYOB.Tax.Sbr.SbrSender.Shared.DataAccess.IReferenceDataRepository"

To fix this issue, call support and quote KB 38754.

Make sure we have server access when you call Support.

MYOB Internal Notes:

  1. Back up your Tax/AODBI/VPMSER database
  2. This error indicates the database upgrade has failed.
    1. Check the table - dbo.AF_DatabaseInformation in VPMSER/AEDB1/AODB1 for DbVersion:
      Tax (ProductId = 9) should be 252
      Framework (ProductId = NULL) should be 5.4.24.137.
      Check dbo.DatabaseInformation in AETAX1 (AOTAX1) has only one entry:
      ProductId = 1
      DbVersion = 134
      DatabaseStatus =3
  3. To update the Framework version in dbo.AF_DatabaseInformation run AfDBUpgrade.exe from the \Central\Deploy folder.
  4. To update the Tax (product 9) version dbo.AF_DatabaseInformation run MYOB.TaxHomepage.DbUpgrade.exe from the \Central\Deploy folder.
  5. To update dbo.DatabaseInformation in AETAX1 run MYOB.Tax.TaxDbUpgrade.exe from X:\MYOBAE\AESQL\TAX\MYOB.Tax.TaxDbUpgrade where X:\ is the installed location.

  6. In AODB1/AEDB1/VPMSER
    1. right click - dbo.TaxSbrSender_ElsLodgementTracking> edit top 200 rows
    2. In the ELS Tracking table highlight the healthchecks rows and delete.
    3. Restart the SBR Sender. This will recreate the healthcheck rows.
