Error "Exception: http code: BadRequest, status description : Bad Request" when lodging via PLS

This support note applies to:

• AO Tax (AU)
• AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
• AE Tax (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) Tax version 2017.0, you may experience an issue where both 2017 Company returns with Interest and Dividend Paid (BT) schedules and 2017 Individual Tax Returns with Work Related Expenses (Schedule W) schedules are stuck in status 'Transmitting' when lodged via PLS.

The following error may also show in the Event log: "Exception: http code: BadRequest, status description : Bad Request Error at Lodgment Manager: Error getting returns.-An item with the same key has already been added. System.ArgumentException An item with the same key has already been added."

We've fixed this issue in MYOB Tax version 2017.0a.
