In MYOB Document Manager (DM) you may experience the following error message "Fail to Add document to Document Manager database Reason: Error executing SP".
This message appears when creating a document in DM using assignments, which you do not have the rights or permissions for, within the profiling screen .
MYOB recommends first speaking with your Practice Administrator to ensure that you have access to the assignment you are trying to use.

If yes, the employee record has to be modified.
