This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
When opening a client within AE Practice Manager (AE PM), the error 'Failed to load client main' may appear after running the Key Mapping Attributes.
On certain client's Extra tab for example, the TFN field may display the following value 'txt TaxRef'.
To resolve, run a report under Client > Client Details for example, and include the fields which display the extra text, you can then correct any clients that have the text displaying in these fields.
