This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager you may see the error "Failed to load static billing details. MYOB.VPM.Billing.BillException This client does not have a default company set up" when invoicing a client.
This means that under the Client > Responsiblity tab, the Company field is blank.
To fix the issue select a company in the Responsibility tab.
