Error: "Field does not exist in database" when using Merge fields

You may receive the error "Field does not exist in database" when using certain Merge fields. The fields affected are as follows:
- Client Name
- Employee Category
- Aged Debtor 1 (appear with four decimal places)
- Aged Debtor 2 (appear with four decimal places)
- Aged Debtor 3 (appear with four decimal places)
- Aged Debtor 4 (appear with four decimal places)
- Aged Debtor 5 (appear with four decimal places)
- Assigned To
- Assignment Department
- Assignment Office
- Assignment Type
- Client Department
- Client Office
- Client Partner
- Code Right
- Comment
- Days Left
- Due Date
- End Milestone Date
- End Milestone Description
- Job Name
