Error: "HZ080 MYOBODBC company file does not exist" when configuring an AccountRight v19 file

In MYOB Client Accounting, you may receive the error "Error HZ080 MYOBODBC company file does not exist" when configuring an AccountRight v19 file.

This error appears where Client Accounting can't find the file to be configured.

To resolve this error, ensure:

  • the file path is less than 128 characters
  • the file name doesn't include special characters such as @#$%&/\
JavaScript errors detected
