Error: "Incorrect login or password" setting up Practice my.MYOB.settings

This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may experience the following error "Incorrect login or password" when setting up the MYOB Login and Password from within Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Online > Practice my.MYOB.Settings.

This occurs when entering the correct credentials and when it's possible to log in to my.MYOB using the same login and password.

To resolve this error you need to configure your Internet Proxy and or Firewall Server.

The following process may require you to configure your Internet Proxy and or your Firewall Server. If you do not know how to configure the Internet Proxy and or your Firewall Server you will need to provide this information to your IT Consultant as this is outside the scope of your MYOB Service Agreement.
