Error: "Licence will expire"
This support note applies to:
- AO Classic Tax (AU)
- AO Classic Practice Management (AU)
- AO Classic General Ledger (AU)
- AO Classic (NZ)
When opening MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Classic on the latest version you may experience the error message "Licence will expire".
Please email your MYOBPS.MYL file to licensing.au@myob.com and enter your Client ID in the subject line of the email. MYOB Support will update your file to eliminate this error.
The MYOBPS.MYL file is contained in your data folder, for example X:\MYOBAO\Data.
Attach this file to an email to licensing_au@myob.com and enter your Client ID in the subject line of the email.
