In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) you may experience the error "Login failed for user 'MyobLinkedServerUser_AODB1" when generating a tax letter.
This error indicates an issue with the MyobLinkedServerUser.
To resolve this error refresh the connection in AO to the SQL database.
- Open MYOB AO on the server which hosts the SQL database and follow the menu path: Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Tax > Settings.
- Click Connect to Tax database. The Connect to Tax database window appears.
- Click OK. The connection is re-established.
