This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager you may receive the error "Microsoft Excel cannot determine which row in your list or selection contains column labels, which are required for this command" when exporting a 5 year fee report to Excel.
To resolve this error you will need to run the report and then select Export > Excel located at the top left hand corner of the report screen and then select a location to save the report to, as well as assign a filename.
Once you complete these steps, browse to the saved location and then open the file to review the data.
MYOB INTERNAL STAFF ONLY
This type of summary report can't be export to Excel in raw format & can only be exported via the Export menu as described above. This issue will not be fixed.
