In MYOB PDF Manager an error appears when trying to open PDF Manager. During the opening process a configuration file is not being approved by some anti-virus software. The error is as follows:
"ERROR: MPCInstaller.MPCInstaller:MigrateUserPreferences: Error accessing configuration file C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PDF Manager\MPCConfiguration.xml Current settings will not be loaded."
MYOB had identified that this error occured with the update of anti-virus software.
MYOB advises that this is not a software issue, please ensure that you update your anti-virus software to the latest release.
