Error: "MYOB_VPM_TimeSheet - Timesheet Constructor LoadForm Error"

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Practice Manager (PM) you may experience the following error when entering a Task within a timesheet:

"MYOB_VPM_TimeSheet - Timesheet Constructor LoadForm
Error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index".

This error appears where:

• both Schedules and Jobs are used.
  

• only completed jobs are attached to the assignment;

• the first assignment attached to a client only contains completed schedules and is marked as task related.
  

• the employee creating the timesheet is using Periodic or Calendar view timesheets.

To resolve this error, open the Assignment > Schedule tab and review the schedules attached to the assignment. For any completed schedules, deselect the Task Related checkbox.
