Error: "No PDF found to process" when printing to PDF

In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Tax, you may experience the error "No PDF found to process" when printing a return or schedule to PDF format.

To be able to successfully print to PDF from AO Tax, run the atopdf_setup.exe file on each affected computer.

Follow the instructions below to see how it's done.

To install the ATO PDF application
If you are using MYOB AO in a Terminal Server Environment perform the following steps in install mode. For more details refer to Installing applications on a Terminal Server.
  1. Open Windows Exporer and navigate to the relevant location below:

    Installation typeLocation
    Network\\<ServerName>\MYOBAO\AOSQL\Tax\Setup
    StandaloneC:\MYOBAO\AOSQL\Tax\Setup

    Where <ServerName> is the machine name of your server.

  2. Double-click on the atopdf_setup.exe file. The Installation window flashes and the message "Facsimile printing setup has been successfully enabled on this workstation" appears.
  3. Click OK.
