Error: "No PDFs found to process using master file: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\\FAX_TEMP\FAXMST.INI"

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Tax when you print PDFs you may experience the error:
"No PDFs found to process using master file: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\<UserName>\FAX_TEMP\FAXMST.INI".

To overcome this error, you need to install the atopdf_setup.exe file on each affected computer. The file is located in the SOL64\setup folder.

The user name in the error represents the name of the user on the affected computer.
To install the atopdf_setup.exe file
  1. Right-click the Start button and select Explore. Windows Explorer starts.
  2. Navigate to your setup folder, for example, X:\SOL64\setup, where: X: denotes the drive that your SOL64 folder is located. The contents of the setup folder appear.
  3. Double-click the atopdf_setup.EXE file. The Installing window appears and then upon completion, the Facsimile Printing Setup window appears.
  4. Click OK. The contents of the setup folder appear.

The error will not appear when you print PDFs.

If you are using AE Tax in a Terminal Server Environment run the atopdf_setup.exe through Control Panel > Programs and Features.

If this issue persists, please have your IT professional create an exception in your anti-virus on access/real time scanner for the c:\users folder on each machine affected. As anti-virus is denying write access to the FAXMST.INI file.
