Error: "Oops something's not quite right. We can't get to where you need to be. Please try again shortly" when creating a client Portal

In MYOB Portal you may experience the error "Oops something's not quite right. We can't get to where you need to be. Please try again shortly" when attempting to create a client Portal.

This error occurs when certain information is missing and/or the following criteria is missing in the creation of the client Portal.

To resolve this error ensure the following information is complete:

Portal Name
  • field must not be blank
  • field must be unique
  • contains only letters and numbers
  • contains no special characters ([~#%*{}<>?/+|\"])
  • is 55 characters or less.
Clients in the portal
  • field must not be blank
Users in the portal
  • field must not be blank
JavaScript errors detected
