In MYOB Portal you may experience the error "Oops something's not quite right. We can't get to where you need to be. Please try again shortly" when attempting to create a client Portal.
This error occurs when certain information is missing and/or the following criteria is missing in the creation of the client Portal.
To resolve this error ensure the following information is complete:
