Error: "Oops, something's not quite right..." when adding or editing the email address

In the MYOB Live Portal, you may experience the error "Oops, something's not quite right. We can't get you to where you need to be. Please try again shortly." when creating a Full Access user or Contributor.

This error occurs where the email address entered contains uppercase or capital letters.

To resolve this issue, make sure the alpha characters in the email address entered contains lowercase letters only.

When a client provides email addresses in uppercase or capital letters they will still automatically receive emails sent where the email address has been entered in lowercase in the MYOB Portal.
