Error: "Report contains no data" running an employee productivity report

This support note applies to:

When running the Employee Productivity report from Reports > Favourites > Practice Favourites Report Sets > Month End Reports, you may see the error: 'Report contains no data' .

This only occurs for the last month of the financial/accounting year. For example, if the financial/accounting year ends on 30th June or 31st March the report fails for June or March respectively.

To fix the issue, print the report separately just for one month. To print separately, highlight the report in the Month End Reports report set and click Run report from the Task Bar.
