Error "Runtime Error 429: ActiveX component can't create object" when opening MYOB ProfitOptimiser 7.3

This error indicates that MYOB ProfitOptimiser was not installed with Administrator access rights. Reinstall ProfitOptimiser on the computer while logged in as a administrator.

Alternatively, you will need to manually register files to enable the program to open

To manually register the dll files

Exit the error message and from the Windows Desktop, click Start and select Run.
Type: Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Inmatrix Solutions\OptCOMV6B.dll" and click OK. A message appears stating that the registration procedure was successful.
Repeat step 2 to register the following files:

4. Open MYOB ProfitOptimiser. The error no longer appears.
