Error: "Solution6.VPM.Client.Clientframework.FRMWizard System.data.SQLClient.SQLException" when adding a new client

In MYOB when adding a new client, the following error may occur.

"Solution6.VPM.Client.Clientframework.FrmWizard System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException. An error occurred in the trigger / stored Procedure 'AfAo_tr_Contact'. Error number 102 Error message: Incorrect syntax near 'Name' Linked server AoSource_AODB1. An error was raised during trigger execution. The batch has been aborted and the user transction, if any, has been rolled back."

This error appears when there is an apostrophe in the client name.

To fix the error

Access the Main tab of the client and select Delete Client on the left under the TASKS bar.
Create a new client and on the Main tab, select Edit client detail from under the TASKS bar.
Add the apostrophe after the client has been added.
