This support note applies to:
- AO Statutory Reporter (AU)
- AE Statutory Reporter (AU)
In MYOB Client Accounting, you may experience the error "Sorry this feature is not enabled" when clicking Migrate Ledger or Create a new AE/AO Ledger.
This error appears when:
- MYOB ledger has not yet been enabled for your practice
- you haven't been given access to the MYOB ledger website.
To resolve this error, ensure that MYOB ledger has been turned on for your practice. For information, see Enabling MYOB ledger for your practice.
If MYOB ledger has already been enabled for your practice, ask your practice administrator to give your login access to the MYOB ledger website (cashbook.myob.com.au). For more information, see Allowing access to AE/AO Ledger
