Error: "System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added" when starting MYOB Tax SBR Sender Service

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Tax (AE) and MYOB Accountants Office (AO) version 2016.4, you may experience the error "System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been addded" when attempting to start the MYOB Tax SBR Sender service.

MYOB Internal Notes:

This error is due to a 3rd HealthCheck entry in the VPMSER database.

To resolve this error check for any HealthCheck entries that do not have FileId numbers of 1 or 2 in the dbo.TaxSBRSender_ELSLodgmentTracking table. You might find that there is a HealthCheck for the most recent entry with a FileID of 130 for example. This should not be there.

There should only be two HealthCheck entries at the top of the dbo.TaxSBRSender_ELSLodgmentTracking table. Please remove any others underneath these as they should not be there.
