Error: "The contribution type of the asset could not be determined"

In MYOB Assets you may experience the error "The contribution type of the asset not be determined" when allocating an existing general asset to the Small Business Pool.

This error occurs where the asset ledger period does not end on 30 June.

To resolve this issue, delete the general asset and re-create the item as a pooled asset.
