Error: "The file already exists" message when importing to PDF Manager

This support note applies to:

When trying to import a document into PDF Manager, an error message appears:

Error importing the document
The file 'C:\MYOB\Knowledge Management\PDF Manager\Data\<user name>\<document name>.pdf' already exists.

Confirm it's a problem with that specific document by testing the issue on another workstation/machine and by importing another document to this workstation.

The workaround (after replicating the issue on an other machine) is to open the document and print it to PDF Manager instead of importing it into PDF Manager.

The problem with this specific document may have been caused by the scanning process. 

MYOB is investigating the issue.
