In some MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) applications you may experience the error "The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which was used in previous versions of Windows and it is not supported in Windows (version)" when you access Help.

The error may also include a hyper link that redirects you to the following Microsoft article KB 917607: Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: "Feature not included" or "Help not supported."

This occurs because the Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that is not included in all versions of Windows. However, you can download a program that will allow you to view Help created in the Windows Help format.

Please have your IT support perform this process after a full backup of the registry has been completed successfully.

To download the required file, open Microsoft article KB 917607: Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: "Feature not included" or "Help not supported." and download the WinHlp32.exe file for the relevant Windows release.

If you still experience an error "Cannot display this help file. Try opening the help file again, and if you still get this message, copy the help file to a different drive, and try again" please perform the following steps:
