Error: "The Time Processing Period is not set-up"

  • AE Practice Manager (NZ)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) you may experience the error "The Time Processing Period is not set-up" when an employee who is new to using timesheets or a new employee is not able to select any time periods when selecting Create Timesheet from their Homepage.

To resolve this error open the employee and go to their Timesheets tab. Ensure that the employee has the correct Time Processing Category selected for example, Daily.

New employees are set to 1 Week by default. Daily is the most commonly used time processing category.  If you're unsure which setting to use go to an existing employee and check it there.
