This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may experience the error "UI Helper Feenote:There is not enough memory or disk space to complete the operation" when previewing fees.
To resolve this error review the following:
- Check this is not a memory issue on the workstation and
- Check that the fonts in Microsoft Word are not causing the error. To check this, open a Word document and select the drop-down box from the Font field. The error 'Microsoft Office Word - There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font' may appear if the font list is missing fonts for example, the line where the font name would normally appear is blank.
- If using Word 2016, ensure all the latest Microsoft Office updates have been applied.
This is a MS Word issue and not an MYOB issue.
The Microsoft KB 276515 has fixed this issue in the past for most clients experiencing this issue, please forward this to your IT support for further investigation.
