Error: "Unable to find Adobe Reader application or path specified incorrectly in master settings file" when generating Tax Office copy PDF

When generating the Tax office copy PDF for a tax return, you may see the error:

Unable to find adobe reader application or path specified incorrectly in master settings file

This error occurs if you have a 64-bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader which is not supported. MYOB AE/AO supports 32 Bit version of Adobe Reader.

To fix the issue, uninstall 64-bit version and install the 32-bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
