Error: "Unexpected internal c-tree R error#7495 ERR_code=0"

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Client Accounting, you may experience the error "Unexpected internal c-tree R error#7495 ERR_code=0" when posting transactions to an AccountRight file.

To eliminate this error, turn Category Tracking off in the AccountRight source file.

How to turn off Cateogy Tracking

  1. Open the AccountRight file and from the Setup menu, select Preferences.

  2. Deselect the Turn on Category Tracking option and click OK.

  3. Close the AccountRight ledger.

You can now post transactions from Client Accounting to the source file.
