This support note applies to:

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) or Accountants Office (AO) you may experience the error "Unexpected system error contact system admin or contact support" when logging into MYOB AE/AO.
This issue occurs when the Tax Settings do not contain a correctly configured tax database.
To resolve this issue enter the correct Tax Database Name and Tax Program Path in Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Tax > Settings.
If you continue to experience this error, contact us and quote KB 38729.
