In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and MYOB Accountants Office (AO) users may experience the error "Update license (API status code 422) unprocessable entity" when creating a new MYOB AE/AO Ledger or when migrating from one of the following ledgers:

AE Accounts
AE MAS
AO Classic General Ledger (AO GL)

If you are experiencing this error, contact us and quote KB 38700.

MYOB Internal Notes:

This error occurs when MYOB Essentials Cashbook has not been removed from list of Assets on the Account and MYOB AE/AO Ledger has been installed.

To resolve this error you will need to upgrade MYOB Essentials Cashbook to MYOB AE/AO Ledger on the Account in Archie.
