Error: "User defined type not defined" when generating an Accounts report to Word or Excel

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Accounts (AE Accounts) you may experience the error "User defined type not defined" when generating a report from the Reports tab and export to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.

The Accounts Reports and Document Models that appear on the Reports tab have been superseded by MYOB AE Reporter.

MYOB recommends that you generate your financial statements from MYOB AE Reporter rather than via the Reports tab.
