This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
- Solution 6 (now MYOB)
You may receive this error 'VPM Save with Contact Addin - The operation failed' when saving an email to MYOB AE Practice Manager (AE PM) > Client > Documents tab, you may also receive 'The document link could not be opened' when trying to open the document.
To resolve, remove any characters for example, - or / in the subject line of the email.
