Error: "You are offline. Service is unavailable" when trying to log into OnTheGo.

This support note applies to:

  • AO Practice Manager (NZ)
  • AO Practice Manager (AU)
  • AE Practice Manager (NZ)
  • AE Practice Manager (AU)

In MYOB Practice Manager you may receive the error 'You are offline. Service is unavailable' when trying to log into OnTheGo service.

To log into OnTheGo you need stop and start the OnTheGo Service on your server.

To stop the service navigate to:
Start > All Programs > MYOB > Stop OnTheGo Service, and wait a minute to refresh.

To start the service navigate to:
Start > All Programs > MYOB > Start OnTheGo Service

Try logging back into OnTheGo via https://onthego.myob.com/ on your workstation or server.

If you are still experiencing the error please contact Support to check if the service is running.
