Error "You do not have permission to access this feature"

This support note applies to:

• Profiles (AU)
• AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)

The error message 'You do not have permission to access this feature. This feature is restricted to the groups <group names>. Contact your System Administrator for details' may appear when opening the Contacts, Employees, or the Configuration module, or accessing features within MYOB Accountants Enterprise.

The error will appear if you are not a member of a group that has been given permission to access a feature that has been secured.

Refer to your System Administrator if you require access to the feature which is generating this error message.
