Error: "Your licence has expired, please contact MYOB support"

This support note applies to:

During the installation of MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Tax, if you selected the Temporary license option, you have a seven-day evaluation period. At the end of the evaluation period, you'll get the error "Your license has expired, please contact MYOB support".

To fix the error, contact MYOB Support to get a registration number to confirm your license.

To get and enter the registration code
  1. In Windows, go to Start > All Programs >MYOB > Registration. The Register MYOB Products window appears.
  2. Click Register. Your serial number appears.
  3. Note down your serial number and the number of users.
  4. Contact us for the registration code.

  5. Enter the code in the Registration code field and click Register. The message You have registered the following products successfully appears and you can access MYOB AO.
