In MYOB Tax when using PLS (CloudAuth) to lodge, you may encounter returns being rejected with the following message:
Summary: Your nomination with the online (cloud) software provider does not contain the correct Software ID.
This indicates that the ATO Access Manager website does not contain the correct SoftwareID.
- Click on Authorise Agents in the Lodgment Manager homepage Tasks panel to ensure you have the correct SoftwareID
- Enter the correct SoftwareID in the ATO Access Manager website. For details now how to enter the SoftwareID, refer to the video PLS: Configuring Agents contained in Setting up Tax using PLS
