In MYOB Document Manager (DM), you may get blank email content when you create, save or profile an email.
This may happen if you use Microsoft Office 2016 without the latest Office updates from Microsoft.
To fix the blank emails
Update Office 2016 to at least version 16.0.6965.2053.
