GST column shows zero when import the CEEDATA.txt from Essentials Cashbook

This support note applies to:

• AE Accounts (AU)

When importing a CEEDATA.txt file generated from Essentials Cashbook (AE/AO Ledger) into AE Accounts, the GST column displays zero (0).

This occurs for CEEDATA.txt files generated using the Accountants Export function.

Further investigation shows the GST transactions appearing as a separate line rather than showing the GST portion as part of the transaction line.

We're aware of this issue, and we're looking into a solution.

In the meantime, you can show the the correct GST amount by editing the transaction and manually entering the GST.
