MYOB recognises that there may be circumstances in regards to MYOB software where you are required to edit the Windows Registry or perform modification of certain files.
In these cases, MYOB advises first to take a backup of the affected area prior to undertaking the changes and then rename items rather than delete items such as keys, strings or files.
MYOB recommends that you have these types of processes carried out by an experienced and qualified IT professional. MYOB cannot be held responsibile for any data loss, system issues or loss of functionality incurred due to performing these processes.
Maintenance and backup regimes are outside of the responsibility of MYOB as a software provider and should be carried out by an experienced and qualified IT professional.
