Invalid address change reappears in the "Changes From" module in Corporate Compliance

In the Change From AE/AO module of Corporate Compliance, you may notice an address change entry has reappeared after it has been deleted.

This can occur where a foreign address has been entered incorrectly within Accountants Enterprise (AE) or Accountants Office (AO).

In Corporate Compliance Integrated with AE/AO, an officer, member or trustee may have an overseas residential address. However in this scenario, you need to enter the State and Postcode fields into the Suburb line in AE or AO, and leave the State and Postcode fields blank.

For example, the residential address should reflect:

Line 1: Level 1
Line 2: 1 Short St
Suburb/Town: Smallville California 90255
State: [leave blank]
Postcode: [leave blank]
Country: UNITED STATES

Once you have corrected the address record in AE or AO you need to delete the entry in the Changes module in CC one last time and the issue should not recur.
