Issues importing from MYOB Essentials Cashbook into Accountants Office(AU)

This support note applies to:

• AO Classic General Ledger (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Office Classic (AO Classic) version 2014.0 (17.0.0) or earlier you may experience issues when importing a file from MYOB Essentials Cashbook where the GST is being imported incorrectly.
MYOB Essentials has addressed this issue on 20 October 2016. 

To resolve this issue you need to re-create the original .mye file by exporting from Essentials again that now MYOB Essentials has fixed this issue.
