Keeping the Contact/Client search view open

This support note applies to:

  • AO Practice Manager (NZ)

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) when searching for a contact or client and there is only one record found, the program will open the record and close the search window.


To keep the contact or client search view open, untick the 'Hide Form when only one item found' checkbox from the bottom of the Find Clients/Contact window.
