In some instances when previewing a bill, you may receive errors such as, 'Feenote: Command failed' when previewing a bill for the first time or 'Object variable or with block variable not set'.
If Word remains open at this point and you click Preview again, the bill should open successfully.

Alternatively, you may be prompted to save the changes to the Normal.dot or Normal.dotm or Normal.dotm global template every time you quit Word. If after checking all the obvious areas and you are still receiving errors, it may be due to a corrupt Normal.dot template. The site may need to remove or rename it so the template can be re-created again.
