In MYOB Tax when lodging via PLS you may experience some returns remain in Transmitting status for an extended period of time. For example, longer then 5 minutes.
This indicates that the SBR Sender Server did not install during the tax installation process. You can confirm this by checking the installation log.
To check the SBR Sender Server service has installed:
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\MYOB\SBRSender\Server\Service\AODB1.
Right click on the file MYOB.Tax.Sbr.SbrSender.Server.HostService.InstallLog and select Open with.
From the list of programs, select Notepad.
If the error is "An exception occurred in the OnAfterInstall event handler of MYOB.Tax.Sbr.SbrSender.Server.HostService.ProjectInstaller. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Access is denied". To resolve this issue, consult your IT professional to ensure the Windows account logged in to run the installation has sufficient permissions. Then, run a repair of MYOB.
