Name of workpaper approver missing from the workpaper PDF

This support note applies to:

• AO Workpapers (AU)
• AE Workpapers (AU)

Where a workpaper has been marked as Approved in Client Accounting, the name of the user who approved it, does not appear in the PDF copy.

This issue occurs where the workpaper has been marked as approved from the trial balance screen, instead of from within the workpaper template.

To display the name of the approver on the PDF, update the status of the workpaper to In Progress, then open it and set the status as Approved from within the workpaper.
