No Assignment/Jobs appearing under Assignments tab or no Job/Years appearing under Jobs tab for one user

This support note applies to:

• AO Practice Manager (NZ)
• AO Practice Manager (AU)
• AE Practice Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (AU)

In MYOB Practice Manager you may find that there are no Assignment Names/Jobs appearing under a client's Assignment tab for AE sites, and there are no Job Names/Years appearing under a client's Job tab for AO sites for one user only.

This occurs when the user has dragged the Name field off the Assignments or Jobs tab, so that only the Code, Total WIP etc fields displays.

To resolve this issue right click on the Assignments/Jobs tab and select Field Chooser.  Drag and drop the Name field to display after the Code field column within the table.
