No Authorise icon available in Billing Wizard

  • AE Practice Manager (NZ)
  • AE Practice Manager (AU)

In AE Practice Manager (AE PM) when in the Billing Wizard, there may be instances where the Authorise icon is not appearing on the screen.

There may also be other areas of AE PM which do not display all the icons or buttons on the screen.

To resolve this issue

Make sure the DPI settings under Display Properties > Settings > Advanced is set to Normal size (96 dpi).

  1. Right-click on the Windows Desktop and select Properties. The Display Properties screen appears.

  2. Click the Settings tab and click Advanced. The Properties screen appears focused on the General tab.

  3. Select Normal size (96DPI) from the DPI setting field. The settings are updated.

  4. Click Apply, and then OK. The Display Properties screen appears.

  5. Click OK. The changes are saved.
